Ratsputin is the king of wrath, spreading a plague of fear and hatred everywhere his filthy paws step. The subject of many urban tales, he is a coalescence of numerous plague rats into one giant, undead rat golem. Ratatron doesn't care who he has to trample to spread his doctrine of selfishness and rage. A coward masquerading as a despot, when confronted he disperses into numerous plague rats who can quickly overwhelm the Apocalypse Cats. Then, once his scattering forces have sown chaos and despair, he returns to lord over the wreckage.
